Twice Baked Potatoes

We have a huge bag of potatoes from a friend's garden. Mashed, baked, grilled, cubed for salad...potatoes are comfort food at its best.


For some reason, I had a hankering for twice baked potatoes. So easy to make  - especially when there are unused baked potatoes in the fridge.


I added a little onion, grated cheese, some broccoli, herbs, and salt and pepper to the potato mixture. Wish you could smell these. Yum!
